Here is a little introduction to who I am and how I got started in the Makeup Industry.

My name is Liz Wegrzyn (It's Polish if you were curious). I'm from Los Angeles, CA and now living in Denver, CO with my husband and 6 chickens! I have been doing makeup professionally for 24 years now, and I still love it with a passion! I started out in Makeup when I was 19. It began with testing out my skills on friends and family, and as I began to fall in love with the art, I wanted to grow my expertise and learn more. I decided to go to Esthetician school to get a better understanding of skin. Once I completed that training I went to work at a makeup counter (Clarins was the first counter I worked at) to get better acquainted with different products, people, skin textures and ethnicities. It taught me a lot about myself as well as how to help people. As I grew into my artistry skills, working for different brands at makeup counters, as well as setting up photoshoots with photographers, working on weddings etc... I also grew into my business and learned a whole different side to being an entrepreneur. To this day, I now have worked in many facets of the industry including Production,Television, Fashion/Editorial, Print, Swimsuit, Celebrity, Runway, and Weddings. 

I have been published in several Magazines, Articles, & Blogs around the United States, as well as China, India, and Japan. I also had a really fun opportunity to work on the HBO production VEEP.
